A NEW MILESTONE FOR WIKIHOUSING: REACHING THE FOURTH FLOOR HEIGHT

We are entering the final stretch of the structural phase with the raising of the top residential floor. The building’s final volume is nearly defined, pending the crowning of the structure with the upper pergola.

The construction of WikiHousing is progressing at a great pace, and this week we reached one of the project's most significant milestones: the raising of the fourth and final residential floor. With this level underway, the building's residential skeleton is practically complete, awaiting the upcoming installation of the pergola that will crown the roof. We are very close to having the structural shell fully assembled and visible in its entirety from the street.

Over the past few weeks, work has continued steadily, focusing on the building envelope and safety elements. The railings and some of the final windows have already been installed—advancements that begin to define the building’s skin and allow us to better appreciate the transition between interior and exterior spaces. Every step brings us closer to the final configuration of this collaborative and sustainable housing model.

We are sharing a selection of images from the last few weeks to show the project's evolution, from the growth of the exterior volume to the interior details.
