| This apartment locates in the mezzanine of a building located in the limit between the old town of the Raval and Barcelonian Eixample. It was constructed in 1963 by architects Moragas and Riba.
The objective was to convert a 68 sqare meters office into a dwelling, compounding of hall, bathroom, bedroom and a space that integrates the uses of kitchen, dining, living room and studio, in addition to an outside 78 sq.m. terrace inside the block.
