group-browsing (distributed browsing)

::
Next-generation browsing experience, making the Web more of a collaborative tool. Software that lets user and remote pals navigate the Web together. Turn the Web from a solitary experience to an interactive, dynamic community.

Co-browsing is a real-time interaction. But can also provide non-real-time or asynchronous capabilities, like trails technology of Crowdburst, which lets users follow a path through the Internet, with or without anyone else being present.

Some add chat to the browser client (as Net2gether). Some are applications or some are services (Hypernix operates service called Gooey and Novawiz operates Odigo).

Examples of this collaboration concept:
Crowdburst
Hypernix Technologies Ltd.
iKena Inc.
Net2gether
NovaWiz
SideTalk
